Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups lettuce chopped (romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits optional
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop all the vegetables.
  • In a large bowl or glass dish, layer the ingredients in the order listed.
  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar for the dressing.
  • Spread the dressing over the top layer of peas.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
