Ingredients
  

  • Cheese Ball
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coating
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Fresh parsley or chives for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cheese Mixture
  • Mix cream cheese, cheddar, pumpkin puree, spices, and salt until smooth.
  • Shape the Cheese Ball
  • Use plastic wrap to shape into a ball and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Coat the Cheese Ball
  • Roll in chopped nuts until fully coated.
  • Create the Pumpkin Shape
  • Insert parsley or chives as a stem if desired.
  • Serve
  • Place on a platter with crackers and veggies.
