  • Large mixing bowl
  • Sharp chef’s knife
  • Cutting board
  • Vegetable grater
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots grated
  • 1/4 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • Vinaigrette Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions
 

  • Shred cabbage and carrots using a grater
  • Finely chop red onion
  • Whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a separate bowl
  • Combine vegetables in large mixing bowl
  • Pour vinaigrette over vegetables
  • Toss until evenly coated
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving
