Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms are an impressive and tasty appetizer that’s sure to delight your guests. With a flavorful crab filling and a golden, baked exterior, they are a perfect addition to any gathering.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or scoop

Ingredients
  

  • Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 1 lb large white or cremini mushrooms
  • 8 oz crab meat fresh or canned
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Italian seasoned preferred
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven
  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Mushroom Caps
  • Clean and stem the mushrooms, placing caps cavity side up on a baking sheet.
  • Make the Filling
  • Mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and herbs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff the Mushrooms
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  • Bake the Mushrooms
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish if desired.
