Ingredients
  

  • Crab Salad
  • 1 lb lump crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill and parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crab Meat
  • Pick through the crab meat to remove any shells.
  • Chop the Vegetables
  • Finely chop the celery, red onion, and bell pepper.
  • Make the Dressing
  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine Ingredients
  • In a mixing bowl, gently fold the crab meat and vegetables together with the dressing.
  • Chill the Salad
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve
  • Serve chilled, garnished with fresh herbs.
