Ingredients
  

  • Beer Cheese Dip
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beer lager or pale ale
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard yellow or Dijon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt the Cream Cheese
  • In a saucepan, melt cream cheese over medium heat.
  • Add the Beer
  • Whisk in the beer until smooth.
  • Incorporate the Cheddar Cheese
  • Gradually add cheddar, stirring until melted.
  • Season the Dip
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt. Mix well.
  • Serve
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve warm with dippers.
