Bang Bang Chicken

Bang Bang Chicken is a crave-worthy dish featuring crispy fried chicken coated in a creamy, spicy-sweet sauce that’s perfectly balanced.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Large skillet or deep fryer
  • Tongs or slotted spoon
  • Whisk or spoon

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • Oil for frying
  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 –2 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • Garnish
  • Chopped green onions or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken
  • Cut, season, and coat chicken with cornstarch.
  • Fry the Chicken
  • Heat oil, fry chicken in batches until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  • Make the Sauce
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
  • Coat the Chicken
  • Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
