Chicken

Salt and pepper

cornstarch
Oil
for frying
Bang Bang Sauce
1/3
cup
mayonnaise
1/4
cup
sweet chili sauce

–2 tbsp Sriracha
adjust to taste
Garnish
Chopped green onions or cilantro
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Cut, season, and coat chicken with cornstarch.
Fry the Chicken
Heat oil, fry chicken in batches until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
Coat the Chicken
Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
